PS Partnerships Review of PE EUPC OCS Certification Scheme:

Certification schemes are often needed to allow industry to show they are following and meeting standards. But certification schemes are only as good as the standards they require and rely on rigorous independent third party audits. European Trade Associations Plastics Europe (PE) and the European Plastic Converters (EUPC) have developed a new Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) Certification Scheme to to cover plastic pellets, flakes and powders.
